Basketball is good for you in many ways. In addition to aerobic training, sport-specific skills are practiced. Moreover, the benefits go beyond physical. “Athletics mirrors life, measuring success not by winning or losing, but by improving.” It teaches us to work together toward a common goal, and you deal with success and failure which are all a part of training and life.
Today, in most basketball leagues and tournaments, the taller players are the first chosen. There’s a popular saying, “you can’t coach height.” There are a lot of very skilled basketball players who are denied the opportunity of league play because of being too short! The ALL NETS basketball association will expose those players and launch the much-needed league.
Steve became a victim of gun violence in 2016. The now paralyzed entrepreneur added a nonprofit arm to the All-Nets world which helps middle/high school teens DO BETTER. The program’s focus is LOVE & LIFE DESIGN.
