The All-Nets Basketball Association gives elite athletes 6’0″ and under a platform built for their talent. Our players compete on 9-foot rims in a fast-paced, highly competitive game designed to showcase athleticism, skill, teamwork, and above-the-rim excitement.

JIMMY ★ BLACK
PRESIDENT
Championship experience. Proven leadership. A vision for the future.
Jimmy Black serves as President of the All-Nets Basketball Association, helping guide the league’s growth, competitive direction, and commitment to creating opportunities for elite players 6’0″ and under.
A former University of North Carolina point guard, Jimmy competed in the NCAA Tournament throughout his college career and helped direct the Tar Heels to the 1982 national championship. Known for his quickness, defensive ability, court awareness, and leadership, he played alongside James Worthy, Sam Perkins, and Michael Jordan under legendary coach Dean Smith.
Today, Jimmy brings that championship experience and basketball knowledge to ANBA. His leadership helps shape a league built on teamwork, discipline, opportunity, and the belief that talented athletes deserve a platform where they can compete, be seen, and inspire the next generation.
FLOYD E. MILLER
VICE PRESIDENT
More than 20 years of nonprofit leadership, community development, and strategic impact.
Floyd E. Miller II brings more than 20 years of nonprofit management, education, community leadership, and strategic partnership experience to the All-Nets Basketball Association. He has served as President and CEO of the Metropolitan Business League since 2017.
Floyd earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University and a master’s degree in education from Virginia State University. His leadership and community impact have earned numerous honors, including recognition among Virginia Business magazine’s “Top 100 People to Meet in Virginia” and Top Black Executives.
As ANBA Vice President, Floyd helps guide the association’s community-development strategy, educational mission, and partnerships—ensuring that All-Nets remains more than a game: a platform for opportunity, leadership, and lasting change.
STEVE ★ MCRAE
FOUNDER & COMMISSIONER
Turning adversity into opportunity through basketball, leadership, and community.
Steve L. McRae Sr. is the founder and commissioner of the All-Nets Basketball Association, a national platform created to give talented athletes 6’0″ and under the opportunity to compete, be seen, and inspire others.
After surviving gun violence in 2016 and becoming paralyzed, Steve transformed a life-changing experience into a renewed mission of service. His vision extends beyond basketball: All-Nets uses competition to develop leaders, strengthen communities, promote conflict resolution, and create opportunities for athletes and young people.
Through the ANBA and the All-Nets Foundation, Steve continues building a movement grounded in resilience, purpose, and the belief that basketball can bring people together.

Coach Marcus Westfall Sr. has been part of All-Nets since its beginning in 2010. His loyalty, leadership, and commitment to developing players have helped shape the organization’s culture and growth. As head coach of the Triangle Thunder, he continues to lead with discipline, basketball knowledge, and a passion for helping athletes compete at their highest level.
